Patrik 'TeNgu' Westlin
This guy was born in the cold of december 1970. He was early
very interested in electronic devices, like the Atari 2600.
Remember that little videogame with cartridges and a joystick
covered with rubber? Well he wanted one of those but his mother
wouldn't allow him, she wanted him to get a computer instead. He
ended up buying a Sinclair Spectrum 48k. Oh boy do he miss that
one. Coolest computer this millenia. Well a few years later there
was a C64, and a couple of years more his first Amiga.

Later he joined some friends and formed a small demo scene group.
His involvement was as a graphician. When the first 3D softwares
started emerging, his life was set. 1995 he got his first PC which
he built by himself. That is the year he started using LightWave3D.
He was sold the moment he touched it, and been faithful ever since.
Later on he invested in the plugin that is soon to go standalone.
A nifty little thing called Project: messiah. Today he works at
Enea Data AB as a IT Helprunner/PC Technician, and freelances
as a 3D animator.

In his late teens he also found another passion. Martial art. The
first he tried was Ju-Jutsu. It was great, but after a few years
he discovered Ninpo-Tai-Jutsu which was amazing. He trained in
Bo F. Munthes dojo in Stockholm. Mr. Munthe is one of three that
went to Japan to learn from the master, he is also the one that
brought Ninpo to Europe. Patrik has taken his nick TeNgu from a
Ninja legend.

A tengu is a little Japanese forest troll that has a long nose and
crow wings. This little creature is a odd story, depending in time
when you read about him he went from evil to almost good. It is also
said that the tengu brings dead souls to the other side.Well here
is the story that made Patrik choose his nick.

Long ago in the Japanese mountains a ninja klans master was dying.
The tengu came to take his soul, some ninjas however liked their
master so much that they managed to make a deal with the tengu.
Since that day, the tengu has been the ninjas protector and the
ninjas has been helping the tengu to bring souls to the other side.
That is why ancient Japanese folks where so afraid of ninjas,
cause if one was seen, someone in the near should die.
The reason Patrik took this nick is because he feels like a
protector of his friends, always trying to help them and look
out for them as best he can.
