This week I was the one answering The Swedish
Ferret Society's phone.

Today's calls were like this:
"This is the police in X. We've found a ferret,
is there anyone that can come and take care of
it?"
   "Well, phone either of these two people..."

"My ferret seems ill, and my vet doesn't know
what's wrong with her. Can you help me?"
   "Try one of these vets instead..."

"I work too much, could you take care of my 
ferret?"
   "No, but the local chapter can help you
   find someone who'll adopt it."
