I had thought that the ferrets  which would gain most
weight in preparation would be the ones who exercised the
least. In our case meaning Carmen.<P>
But on the contrary, those who gain weight are those who
like to take long walks. <P>I didn't understand why, until
today, when I took out Carmen for an extra long walk, and
upon returning, she started eating the pork I had put out
for them all. Usually, Carmen only takes one piece of it
and doesn't want the rest, but instead prefers the cat
food.<P>Presumably, this means she eats just what she
needs and not more or less.
