Today, or rather tonight, we had a board meeting in The Swedish Ferret Society. As usual, it was a rather drawn out affair, lasting until late.

The end of the year nears, so many questions had to do with economics.

The yearly membership meeting next spring won't be held in Stockholm, if possible.

A piece of bad news was that our organisation isn't welcome as participant in one of the domestic animal expositions usually held in Stockholm right after the new year.
The organisers prefer another, much smaller, organisation, because they brought in better PR during a similar show this autumn -- for example with the aid of mink they had brought.
I've got nothing at all against minks and martens, but do they really belong at a domestic animal show?

Upon returning home late, I found that one of my little darlings had not been using the litter box! (I don't remember when it happened last, but it was more than a month ago.) Since I do not clean them out in the evenings, I only clean three out of four boxes every morning, it could have had nothing to do with this, but rather with my absence. A sign of unhappiness, perhaps? I don't know, but it is thought provocing.
