My neighbour suggested when I moved in, that we'd continue our previous arrangement, of him and the man who lived in my house before, sharing the neighbour's garbage can. I was to pay 50% of the fee.
OK so far.

Of course I reported this to the proper authorities (in February!), and today the sent me a letter which told us that we'd have to fill a new form requesting to share a garbage can. Also: The reduction isn't 50%, but 33%.

My neighbour didn't like this, so just told me weren't going to share a garbage can any more!
I'm not quite sure I understand all that's going on in this matter... or maybe I do...
