Now winter is here and no longer are the four oldest very much interested in going out, and when out staying there long.

They sleep a whole lot more, and if I don't feel like taking a walk -- or rather: is busy making the next issue of the Swedish Ferret Society's newsletter, they tire after a couple of minutes asking to go out and go back to bed.

In fact, they're just as satisfied with getting to be inside my sweater reading a book, just like they want to do after having had a long walk, as taking the walk+reading.

Well, I knew they're social animals, and I presume the cold weather will subside in a week or too, and then it's rain as usual, and that doesn't deter them at all for taking long walks.
