Today I brought three ferrets to a "small animals show" here in Stockholm, where Stockholmsillern which is part of the Swedish Ferret Society participated.

Alison is rather old and doesn't like children, so she's a natural canditate for staying at home.
Carmen did sort of get stressed at a similar arrangement earlier this year, so I think it's better if she gets to stay at home.

That leaves Rustan and Roxane, and this time I took a calculated risk in asking mother to bring Röskva too. I wasn't planning on getting them together "on neutral ground" as it were, but rather see if she could get along well with other ferrets. Happily she really did and never got into a real fight with anyone: But she did approach the male Terrorist and started squeeking - why I have no idea. Several others she avoided and some more or less ignored. The only one who nipped her was Nille who is ordinarily a very laid back male (in fact so laid back that everyone else is picking on him). But that didn't start a panic reaction at all - which Roxane did whenever they got close, so I'm starting to dispair at the possibility of getting them to get along well.

Luckily it seems like it's possible to get her to get along with others!
